I am a Canadian writer residing within the Great Lakes Basin and recently published my debut poetry collection Wild Words: Poems for the Beautifully Lost. I became enamoured with words at a young age and wrote my first story at the age of five. Writing has been my spiritual calling for as long as I can remember. Beyond spilling ink, I am passionate about being a good guest on this beautiful planet that we call home. As an earth advocate and water researcher, I am driven to work towards collaborative solutions that will create socio-ecological resilience. I hold a BA in International Relations from the University of British Columbia and am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Environmental Studies
